This lovely rustic style property conveniently situated in a quite exclusive and residential area on the hills of Vence behind the heart of Cote d'Azur and only 5kms from sea front between Nice and Cannes(20minutes from the Nice Cote d'Azur Air Port) Idealy located to enjoy the surrounding villages of Saint Paul, Vence, Cagnes at 3kms distance.
This house is ideal for large family or numerous friends holidays.
The villaconsists of 5bedrooms, each looking over different parts of the garden. All the bedrooms have bathroom and toilet.
A large fully equipped Provençal kitchen, open onto a veranda, shaded by hundred-yearold trees for great family dinners . An office, lounge and dinning-room complete the whole, not forgotting the swimming pool and pool house situated in the most private part of the garden.
This part of the country side, because of its exceptionnal luminosity, was the setting used by many famous artists, including Renoir, Matisse, Chagall, and many others whose paintings can be seen in all the surroundig villages in the many gallerys and museums around Vence.
At the clos du Suveran, you will sojourn with family or friends, each having the possibility to be alone and to relax a maximum, in an authentic and serene atmosphere.

THE ROOMS
Nos chambres d'hôtes situées dans différents battis de la propriété bénéficient chacune d'une ambiance particulière permettant intimité et relaxation. Deux chambres en enfilade permettent d'accueillir famille avec enfants et bénéficient d'une salle de bain avec toilettes et d'un coin salon donnant sur une terrasse ombragée et sur le jardin en restanques. Dans une aile différente de la maison nos deux autres chambres ayant chacune une salle de bain et wc donnent sur un petit jardin convivial et exotique Top
