Capacity: 6 adults + 2 children /juniors. Alarm, Central aircon, Jacuzzi, heated pool protected by an alarm; Broadband with desk pc and Wifi; French Canal satellite and British Sky digital ; Petanque (bowls) and many children's games in the fully fenced wooded area. Pets unwelcomed.
Villa 160 m2, 3 rooms with double beds + 2 bunk beds, 3 bath / shower, 4wcs.
Available for renting from May (Cannes Film Festival / Monaco Grand Prix) to September. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Free beddings, weekly cleaning and towels ( 4 per person/per week). 25% non refundable booking deposit, from 1596 to 3290 euros per week depending on season. Security deposit : 500 euros. Payments in pounds accepted.
This peaceful villa is located on a small hill between Valbonne and Mougins, facing the village of Castellaras, in a closed domain of 8 other villas, with video camera at the entrance. Orientation: South / Southwest. (Valbonne is located in the triangle Nice-Cannes-Grasse).
The property of 1867 m2, fully fenced, has a spa, 2, 10m x 2m (chlorine filtering) and a swimming pool (9x4 m-depth of 0, 55-1, 60m) that can be heated on request. It is secured by an alarm. The bowling alley is in the lower part at the front, it is lit at night while the games are regrouped together in the wooded area at the rear of the house: table football, trampoline, swing with slide, ping-pong, sand box, hammok.
On the ground floor the spacious living room (60 sqm, 4 large bay windows), furnished with an oriental flavor with fireplace, a lounge, a rosewood dining room for 8. The corner office, at the far end of room, near the bay and behind a small screen, has a desktop pc connected to internet via adsl (Orange livebox 2 with WiFi ). The living room area is almost doubled by the covered terrace (patio) also protected by an electric awning, facing the pool, thereby facilitating the monitoring of the kids. It is also the favorite location for summer meals (teak furniture), plus a corner Gym for morning exercises (cycling, stepper, treadmill).
The three bedrooms feature large closets (shelf / hangers), all with large beds (190x180 cm), two of which can be converted into twin beds (190x90cm) on request. Both groundfloor bedrooms communicate respectively with two showers / wcs. The guest toilets are located near the lobby at ground level, bringing the total number of toilets to 4.
A provencal modern and well-equipped kitchen : dishwasher, microwave, oven, large American fridge / freezer and a cooker (3 inductions). A laundry area accessible from the kitchen has a washing machine (8kg), a large clothes dryer (10kg), a sink and even a spare refrigerator.
The bedroom and main bathroom are upstairs with 2 washing basins, bathtub and larger shower. The tv in that room gives access to the local channels and main free to air foreign channels including cnn, bbc/Sky news, bvn é german channels. This floor also houses the two bunked beds reserved for 2 kids/juniors, next to but separate from the master bedroom. The floor has a balcony with view, overlooking the front lawn/pool, protected by an electric awning that retracts into the wind (like the ground floor one), with chairs and table. The master bedroom has a view of the wooded garden at the rear. Wall safe for passports.  Top

GENERAL INFORMATION
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday 17 hours 10 hours. All inclusive except pool heating (100 euros / week) and use of Spa (150 euros / week):
2 towels and 2 pool towels per person per week, cleaning the house every Saturday (10h-15h) for rentals over several weeks.
No pets and non-smoking Villa (presence of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide). Top
