10 minutes of the exit N° 16-loriol of the highway A7, a moulinage of the xviiith century offers peace and serenity at the edge of a brook. The building has 2 gîtes (4 and 6 persons) and 4 guest rooms of charm (2 or4 persons) personalized and furnished tastefully. Hosts' table with local products will seduce you.
The estate is located on the gateway to Southern Ardèche, an ideal starting point for many discoveries in Vivarais, Vercors, Provence and Lubéron.
Le Moulinage accomodates you all the year. Interior spaces are not smokers and we do not accept the animals. A beautiful swimming pool (not supervised) is at disposal them hosts who must ensure the active and constant monitoring their children.  Top

The magnolia bedroom :
A large, bright and stylish bedroom under the stars; featuring exposed beams and roof lights. A stunning shower room with a large shower and separate toilet.
The lilac bedroom :
A sophisticated bedroom with the comforts and charms of the Orient, furnished with a blend of exotic and antique hunting furniture.
Large bathroom with a bath and an open shower; separate toilet.
The tournesol suite :
An attractive suite on a total area of 40 m². The spacioussouth facing bedroom overlooks the pool and has a king size bed. The vaulted sitting roomis perfect for reading and relaxing, it has a single bed with an additional pull out bed, both 80cm wide. Small shower room with toilet.
The jasmine suite :
This large bright bedroom of 20 m² has a king size bed and is decorated in the warm bright colours of the South of France. Perfect for an enjoyable stay - it will be hard to tear yourself away! Small comfortable sitting room. Beautiful shower room with separate toilet. Top

You may do mountain bike rides, go walking or horse riding on the numerous footpaths between the Coiron plateau and the Barrès communal forest.
From St Lager bressac, you may visit lots of exceptional sites
The Ardèche gorges, the Ray Pic waterfall, The Loire spring.
Various castles (Rochemaure, Aubenas, Voguë and a bit further Grignan).
Archaeological or prehistoric sites (Soyons, Aven, Orgnac...)
Churches (the Cruas Abbey, the Viviers Cathedral)
Des Musées 5musée de la Soie, musée du Vivarais protestant, Maison du Châtaignier…)
Many typical villages (Balazuc, Alba la Romaine, La Beaume, Saint Montan...)
Sportsmen/women will have the opportunity to go canoeing on the Eyrieux or on the Ardeche river, paragliding, climbing in Chomérac or in Pouzin.
Caving and canyoning can be done in the southern part of the Ardèche or in the Drôme department, which is nearby.
The Valdaine golf course is located 20 km away from the 'Moulinage' and a riding school is also closeby.
The Ardèche department is famous for trout fishing and mushroom collecting.
At the « Moulinage » you may borrow two mountain bikes, play table tennis or pétanque.

Take rn304 indirection Privas/Le Pouzin/La Voulte sur Rhône
At Le Pouzin after crossing the bridge over the Rhône river, take a left in the south direction (rn86) towards Cruas/Le Teil/Montpellier.
At about 2. 7 km, take a left in the direction of Saint Lager bressac (D 322) until the D 22 crossroads (the village church should be in front of you). Turn on your left in the direction of Saint Vincent de Barrès/Meysse/Montélimar. At about 800m turn left again on a small road named bruchon/Champesteve. You drive past a farm, then on a submersible bridge, and there you are.
