Bonjour, nous serions heureux de vous accueillir chez nous. Au coeur du Languedoc Roussillon, au centre de l'Aude, nous sommes dans le joli village de Saint Andre de Roquelongue, tout en étant à l'extérieur du village, à 50 m de l'église et de la boulangerie coté est, nos jardins au sud et à l'ouest surplombent les Corbières, sans vis à vis. Le calme, le repos, la très bonne cuisine vous attendent dans nos 5 belles et grandes chambres d'Hôtes. Installés depuis 20 ans à Saint andre de Roquelongue, nous avons décidé au départ de nos enfants de vous recevoir, voyageurs, vacanciers, amoureux du vin et des grands espaces, historiens, amateurs de sports nautiques, cyclistes. Vous trouverez chez nous un accueil à l'ancienne, la disponibilité que nous accordons à nos amis. La beauté du site, les très grands volumes des chambres, des salons, de la salle à manger, du petit jardin, du grand jardin et de son potager vous attendent. La cuisine de Béatrice simple, légère, gouteuse, équilibrée vous ravira sans vous faire prendre de poids. Les vins choisis dans tout le Languedoc Roussillon vous ravirons ou étonnerons, ils sont aussi à la vente dans la boutique de produits du terroir et les coups de coeur de Béatrice. THE ROOMS

THE TABLE
A dinner which looks very simple, but with light products, tasty, colorful and always balanced. Dishes prepared with vegetables from the our garden and eggs from our chickens. Attention to provide menus incorporating banned and allergies participants. Carefully wines chosen for their qualities of course but also for pairings, dishes with wines. 5 Large bedrooms tastefully decorated, Large bed (160x200 or 180x200) and extra beds if needed. High quality bedding. Private bathroom, private wc, tv, WiFi, hair dryer, kettle for tea or coffee. The height of the ceilings, the light from the large windows and the room sizes are remarkably comfortable for a night or for a month. The small garden with a bio pool and jacuzzi welcome you for a relaxing, sunbathing or reading. This small garden overlooking the large garden and the vegetable garden which produces vegetables you eat at the dinner.
