HOME
It is in the small very quiet village of Cubières on Cinoble in Cathar Country which we welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere within our house of village, completely renovated and comfortable. We have 5 certified guest houses 3 keys Clévacances, any outings of privative shower-rooms. On the occasion of the copious and varied breakfast or meals in host's table, concocted by Marco, Françoise does not miss to share with you the information and the useful advice in your excursions or trail round. Ideally situated at the heart of the Cathar Country, she will have pleasure to compose with you, your circuit or hiking for the day to discover the remarkable sites nearby as the magnificent Gorges of Galamus and its hermitage, to tell the short histories of famous Pech de Bugarach or quest the treasure in Rennes le château, to tell the Cathar epic around the Castles of Peyrepertuse, Quéribus, Puilaurens, to invite you to relax in the hot sources of Rennes les Bains or to follow the way of the smuggler towards the salty Fountain of Sougraigne. THE ROOMS
Our 5 Bedrooms, 3 Clévances, for 1 or 3 persons, are situated at the level of our home around a commun loungeYou can also take advantage of our terrace exposed due south to the 2nd floor and without face to faceEach is personalized on a floral theme and designed to return your stay of the most pleasant they are all equipped with a central heating, a private toilets & shower room with a towel dryer & hair dryer mural, all linen is provided a kettle to prepare yourself an hot drink is reserved for you in you bedroom... We provide you with free of charge equipments for Baby (bed, bathtub, chair baby...) except linen. Top

THE TABLE
The meals and the breakfasts are taken in common inconviviality in our dining room in the 1st floor where we live all year long. Our table d'hôte offers you menus to the traditional and regional flavors at 20€ all inclusive from local apéritif to the herb tea or to the sprayed coffee. Our meals, simmered with the Marco's personal touch, are all Home-made and mainly realized from products stemming from local exploitations. He will can, according to the number of dinner guests or if you make him the demand, to be of use to us a Cassoulet House or delicious one Paella; According to the supply he likes making simmer a good stew of tender cheek of beef or leave free court with exotic flavors as a filet mignon in the curry; you will not resist in front of the board of local cheese goat in all its states ( fresch; mi-dry, dry) and you will treat your papillae on the sweet note of his home' desserts.
