Yet, Le Domaine Saint Pierre is also within easy reach of the main attractions of “Cathar country”. It is the perfect place to stay while you explore the medieaval city of Carcassonne, castles and abbeys, churches dating from Roman times and villages that have witnessed some of the most interesting periods of French history.

THE ROOMS
The room Safran : The Master Bedroom is bathed in light with an outlook to the park. The warm orange tones of the decor together with the old tiled floors and papered walls, compliment the gracious canopy of the wrought iron four-poster bed and white marble fireplace of the living area. The spacious bathroom with its corner bathtub is sure to captivate a couple with a romantic weekend, or more, in mind…
The room Rose Pourpre : A softened ambience for cosy nights wrapped in the heart of a spacious double bed, surrounded by the rich tones of crimson and scarlet on the walls and heavy curtains. The morning light streams through the large south-facing windows onto the dressing-table and into the marble bathroom.
The room Jade : A peaceful room decorated in almond green and white and tastefully furnished. There are twin Louis xvi beds, promising nights filled with sweet dreams and a sumptuous marble-tiled bathroom with traditional fittings.
The Room Cannelle : To sleep - perchance to dream… in a grand four-posted bed surrounded by furnishing from foreign lands.
The room Marines : White and Blue, Blue and White. The Sea and the Sky come together in this charming suite with its exposed beams and comprising two bedrooms and living room - ideal for the family. Top

- of touring the delightful routes through the regions of Cabardes, Minervois or Corbieres where the ever-changing scenery will delight you.
