Cette bâtisse du xviiie siècle fut construite par un serviteur du baron de Fleckenstein qui, en remerciement, attribua au serviteur des terres et une coquette somme d’argent. Une somme suffisante pour ériger deux moulins pour ses filles, l’un à grains (le moulin actuel), et l’autre à huile («La Oehlmühle », à cent mètres en contrebas). Lina finck est la descendante de cette lignée de meuniers. Dans les années vingt, ce sont d’abord les eaux des Sept Fontaines qui ont connu la gloire, alimentant en eau potable les villages des alentours, puis, depuis 1978, l’activité de ferme auberge a donné à l’exploitation un nouveau souffle. En 1991, le moulin à huile est revenu à la famille et a été transformé depuis en chambres d’hôtes et en salle de séminaire.  Top
