Welcome to Villa Victoria. You have a choice to be received from September to June in Bed and Breakfast up to 6 people (€ 99 for 2), or rent in exclusive possession, the property has 4 bedrooms for 8 people comfortably, by 2 weeks minimum in July and August, Our guest rooms with their sumptuous breakfasts will delight you. This stop at the Country will delight lovers of Cézanne in Provence, everything is here to bring a moment of pure happiness! Ideally located in the triangle Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis, between the Etoile chain, Sainte Victoire and Creeks, Villa Victoria is bordered by the beautiful forest of Gréasque, which offers hiking trails, the stream of Dump lined playground equipment, picnic table, and a fitness trail 300 m from the property. You can also go to the village by the forest. Villa Victoria is on one level, has air conditioning and high-end equipment. . In vacation renting, the villa offers four double rooms (10 beds), living room with fireplace design, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terraces, summer kitchen, a pool cover. A large pool of 14 mx 10 m wide, with jacuzzi, heated approximately to April and October, beautiful beaches, a landscaped garden in a wooded and enclosed park of 6200 m², decorated with games: ping-pong, wooden carousel, slide, swings, volleyball, flléchettes. Leisure activities: - hiking and cycling in forest Gréasque, tennis courts and skating rink in the village at 800 m, riding and golf Ste Victoire 5 minutes by car, one of the most beautiful courses in Provence.- There are wonderful walks or hikes to the mountain of Sainte Victoire mountain creeks or, not to mention the chain near the Etoile and the Sainte Baume with the grotto dedicated to Mary Magdalene. You will be close to Aix en Provence (15 mins) with its thermal baths, its Gallo-Roman ruins and the famous Festival of Lyric Art in July, Marseille (25 mins) with its Old Port and Notre Dame Guard. But also Cassis (25 min) with a small Provencal port, beaches and coves.
One hour from the villa are all the high places of Provence, Roussillon, the Camargue, not to mention the Gorges du Verdon, Avignon and Saint-Tropez. Below the Côte d'Azur: Cannes (1:30), Nice (1:45), the Principality of Monaco (2 hours).

THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The property is located near the forest, 200 m from the river dump. The entrance to the gr is 100 m from the property. Departure of many paths.
The mountain of Sainte Victoire is nearby. You can walk to the south side visit the Maison de la Sainte Victoire 10 minutes from home that offers a museum (eggs of dinosaurs), a documentary film very ludiue 30 minutes of the onset of the Mountain to the present, a restaurant.
Massif de l'Etoile is 5 minutes on the village of mimicry. You park at the Col Saint Anne.
