Le domaine est situé sur un chemin historique, à la lisière du village de patrimonio et du vignoble de l'appellation d'origine contrôlée. Il possède un parc clos d'un hectare ou des terrasses privatives et collectives sont aménagées pour chaque hébergements. L'ensemble des bâtiments ruraux de la propriété, d'architecture traditionnelle corse, a été restauré en pierres de pays, lauzes, bois et fer forgé. Il est constitué de la maison familiale et d'un bâtiment annexe, harmonieusement aménagé en logements de tourisme de grand confort, dans l'environnement naturel. Musique Tradtionnelle Corse et chant polyphonique, patrimoine et terroir, sont les sujets de prédilection de la famille Andreani.(Commerces au cœur du village, distants de 1 à 2 km : épicerie/primeurs, boulangerie, caves vinicoles, restaurants; port de plaisance de Saint-Florent distant de 4 km...)
De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles à partir du domaine bordé par le fiume Albinu surplombé de son pont génois.  Top

THE ROOMS
2 chambres d'hôtes 2/4 pers. Avec suite sont aménagées dans une annexe de la maison familiale.
Chaque chambre de 34 m2 possède :
- une pièce indépendante avec lit en 160 et de nombreux rangements, ventilation électrique et réfrigérateur, téléphone et cd/cassette/radio;
- un salon avec divan lit gigogne (lit bébé à disposition);
- une salle d'eau privative avec bain et wc;
- une belle terrasse fleurie indépendante de 15 m2 équipée de salon et bain de soleil en teck.
Entrée indépendante.
Vue paysagère à chaque fenêtre.
Accès aux différentes terrasses.
Parking ombragé immédiat.
