Dans la même famille depuis près de quatre siècles, ce petit manoir breton au charme discret vous invite au repos dans un cadre privilégié bénéficiant de la douceur de la campagne et de l'air tonique du bord de mer. Mer à 800 m et plages à 2 km (Saint Jacut de la Mer et Saint Cast Le colombier de La Pichardais se distingue par sa forme en fer à cheval, exceptionnelle pour ce genre d'édifice. Il comporte 300 boulins (nichoirs à pigeons dont le nombre représente l'importance de la famille habitant le domaine). Dans les cahiers de doléances, on se plaint d'ailleurs presque toujours des dégâts causés par les pigeons. Le droit de colombier est supprimé à la Révolution; et le bâtiment n'est plus utilisé ensuiteBénédicte et Christian de Courville sont arboriculteurs, spécialisés dans la production de pommes à cidre. Ce sont ainsi 10 hectares de vergers qui bordent le domaine de La Pichardais.
