Welcome to La tenue. Itis is an annex along the courtyard of an old renovated farm, courtyard shared with the owner of the main house. Very quiet property with a large garden, situated 1. 7 km from the village of Bréhand on a country road, with the nearest neighbors 200m away. Convenient for vacationers looking for a change of scenery in the countryside but within easy reach of the Emerald Coast, or anyone for a temporary housing (in this case please request a rate)Separate bedroom with double bed plus 2 beds in the former old country style (1. 20 m wide) in the common room. Sleeping: 3 beds, maximum 4 adults or ideal for one couples with two childrenIndoor area : slightly more than 50 m2Kitchen, bathroom, separate wc, tv ( tnt) , Central heating. Pets not allowed. Available from the end of April to late October. Rentals normally from Saturday to Saturday, with possible exceptions with minimum of one week. Price 300 euros per week all inclusive, payable on arrival. Deposit 150 euros. Arrival around 16 hours and 11 hours before departure. Bedding and towels are not provided.  Top
