Le Moulin du Treuil is located in Aquitaine, in the Green Perigord, the limit of the Dordogne and Charente, in the heart of the Val de Dronne, hilly area steeped in history and various agricultural crops.
< Br / > This is a vast field with two barns facing east and west, the miller's house and mill of the seventeenth century. The project is located in the heart of a green protected (Natura 2000) of more than 11 hectares with its river, its fish- bog (pond) , its wood and cultivated fields.
Brigitte and Patrick offer their cottages to Beaussac for your stay or holidays famille. Nous we are delighted to welcome you all year, in a natural setting, where you can, depending on your tastes, deer surprise, wild boars, pike, dreaming under the stars, breathe the tranquility of the place or partying. For those who want to discover near Aquitaine Poitou- Charente region without a car, we offer a range of channels to explore on foot, horseback or by bike ( we have bikes that we can provide you available ) .
Heating is provided by geothermal energy ( from groundwater ) with heated floors

THE ROOMS
The Treuil Mill proposes you two large bed & breakfast rooms of 25 m2 each just off a quiet patio:
-Les Iris, Those whom we find at the edge of the canal of the mill in spring.
-Les Coquelicots whose are in symbiosis with the wheat or the corn surrounding the mill. They accompany us until the harvests.
these two subjects make the dominant of the decoration of rooms. Every room has its privative shower room and toilet.

the bathroom linen at your disposal will be:
1 sheet of bath, 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat a person.
breakfasts are served in the dinning room located at the ground floor, from 7:30 am till 9:30 am. By good weather and pleasant heat, the service can be made in the patio.
Animals can be authorized after preliminary agreement with the owners. They must have undergone advised vaccines.
Rent of cycle possible. Fish along the canal of the mill (with licence) or in the private peat pog (free).
Children under 3 years can stay free in the parent's bedroom. Pantes with children from 3 to 6 years will be charged a supplement of 20€. Children over than 6 years will be charged as an adult. Top

THE TABLE
On booking, Brigitte and Patrick propose you host's table constituted by simple and delicious dishes with as subject the cooking of the soil (Périgord, Charente) with possibility of opening it more widely on the western South cooking. The used products will always be of the soil and vegetables can result from the garden. For those who like the game, our table will be their paradise with numerous dishes consisted from heads taken from the hunting of the domain. The atmosphere of the table is always warm and relaxed. GENERAL INFORMATION
The domain is classified 4 stars in the departmental classification and enjoy the charter Quality accommodation of Green Périgord. They are accredited to the national label Tourism and Handicap. That is why our friends animals can be allowed after agreement with the owners. The site is nestled in a natural area and next to the water, we advise you, in their interest, to hold their vaccines up to date.
For your comfort, rooms and residences are not smokers. Our smokers hosts will find, outside of buildings, numerous ashtrays where to put down their butts.
You will find on the spot some equipments provided you with to allow you to spend the most pleasant possible stay.
The Moulin du Teuil (Winch Mill) is opened to the rent all year long. Brigette and Patrick can, if you wish it, organize you stays even except the high season (hikes, visit of places, farms). COMFORT & SERVICES
Our residences and rooms were finished in 2007. All the internal equipment is entirely new and luxury. Furniture was all restored and bedding were adapted to receive new ledgers with slats and new modern mattresses. The presence of a big quantity of water on the site allowed us to assure the heating of residences and rooms by the geothermal science by means of heating floors low temperature. In summer, if the need arises, by scorching heat, the same geothermal science can assure a rafraichissement of rooms. Optional, residences and rooms are equipped with a telephone. A Internet terminal is also at your disposal.
All our reception facilities are classified, accredited by the charter Quality accomodations of Green Perigord and by the national label Tourism and Handicap. They were conceived so that the elderly persons or who move with difficulty, the partially-sighted persons, the deafs can live and move without any problem inside as outside. Top

THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The domain of the Treuil Mill is nestled in bottom of valley at the limit of the Charente. Buildings are surronded of about 12 ha with protected greenery and with water. This universe guaranties a quiet and bucolic site, in symbiosis with the nature, and frequent meetings with wild animals (foxes, muskrats, myélocastors, pheasants, ducks, herons, roe deers, wild boars, wood pigeons, wild goose) during strolls around the mill. That beautifull photos in prospect! In evenings summer you will be entitled, at sunset, to the concert of thousand batrachians and all year long you will be rocked by the crystalline song of the water in the mill fall. Nights without cloud and without moonlight are here convenient to the dream. Of a deep black, without pollution, they allow to admire the magnificience of the Milky Way. Top

CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
On the spot, you can practise games of ball, petanque, ramble walkings, fishing and to go cycling. Near you can practise horse-ridings, canoe, crazy golf, tennis, bathing.
