L'habitat fluvial vous fait rêver et vous recherchez un logement pour vos vacances à Paris. Nous vous proposons un gîte fluvial, à deux pas de la capitale, en mettant à votre disposition un studio meublé, indépendant de notre appartement, sur notre péniche. Les canards, les cygnes, les cormorans, les poules d'eau, les hérons cendrés et les mouettes partage-ront votre environnement. Vous profiterez des terrasses pour bronzer, des hamacs pour vous reposer et d'une petite barque pour vous détendre. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez prendre votre petit déjeuner ou votre dîner avec nous et ce gîte deviendra alors chambre d'hôtes (ou bed and breackfast). Et ne redoutez pas l'humidité car une péniche bien isolée et bien chauffée est moins humide qu'une maison de campagne.  Top

THE ROOMS
Dans cette péniche Belge de 1917, votre partie d'habitation sera celle des mariniers, c'est à dire, le cabine arrière. La cabine arrière est en trois niveaux, pour une surface d'habitation de 25 mètre carrés. Elle offre une vue sur les quatre points cardinaux et, par sa véranda, vous pourrez assister tous les soirs au coucher du soleil. Espace interieur : La kitchenette dans la timonerie, Le salon, La chambre à coucher (un lit double de 140 x 190 cm), La salle de bain, wc, espace exterieur : La terrasse principale, pour les repas et les bains de soleil.
