Built in the late eighteen to early nineteen hundreds, the house is named after Saint-Malo’s Athanaze Le Jolif the 17th century privateer. The villa has been completely refurbished to become a luxury guesthouse, decorated in keeping with its old French bourgeois style we combined with modern accessories for a touch of warmth and comfort. Coming from Rennes, when arriving at Saint-Malo, follow the sign Saint Malo – Saint-Servan. At the big roundabout, go straight ahead direction St. Malo Centre – Saint-Servan. At the second small roundabout, go straight ahead. At the third roundabout third exit - Saint-Servan. Along boulevard Douville, straight ahead until arrival at small roundabout. Turn right and then first right again onto rue de la Nation. Turn first left onto boulevard Henry Dunant. The house is 50m on the right.
