HOME
Our charming 19th century barn, meticulously restored is located in the heart of the historic village of Pontlevoy which is situated in the middle of the Chateaux de la Loire and the Beauval zoo. Special care and attention to detail is reflected in the interior design and decoration. Our guest rooms are themed in different decorative styles where you find an eclectic blend of artwork, contemporary, design and antique. The three ground level guest rooms have direct access to the patio, with chairs and tables for your private use. All our guest rooms are spacious with en-suite facilities, we also provide bathrobes, toiletries and a Nespresso coffee machine. A hearty breakfast with local produce is served on the patio or in the dining room. A seating area with a fireplace is provided for our guests where books and games are available. Our guests can swim in our 17m long heated pool with pool loungers and umbrellas or relax in our large contemporary garden.  Top

THE ROOMS
Our three rooms on the ground-floor have a king size bed and are 35 m2 each with en-suite shower-room and wc. They have a direct acces to the patio. The Scarlet room on the first floor is 25m2 with a queen size bed with separate bathroom and wc. Top

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our guesthouse is non smoking but we have outdoor spaces for fans of the cigarette. We accept our animal friends but we ask their owners to be kind enough to keep the garden clean. The children will be supervised closely by their parents because the swimming pool is not enclosed, it has 2 alarms The pool is a lap pool 150 cm depth. It is prohibited for children under 12 unless they be accompanied by an adult. We expect guests with children to do what is necessary to respect the quietude of the other guests. Top

COMFORT & SERVICES
Our bedrooms have ceiling fans and are well insulated. Beds are 4 stars hotel quality. There are 2 pillows per person, we also provide bathrobes and toilet amenities. Each room has its own Nespresso machine and a lcd tv. The heated pool is closed on Sunday afternoon for maintenance as well as at night for security reasons. We have a 1800m2 landscape garden in the village of Pontlevoy. It's a very quiet location with the advantage of being a few minutes walk from the city center, Abbey, 2 restaurants, a small supermarket and bakery. Top
