Our charming 19th century barn, meticulously restored is located in the heart of the historic village of Pontlevoy which is situated in the middle of the Chateaux de la Loire and the Beauval Zoo. Special care and attention to detail is reflected in the interior design and decoration. You will find an eclectic blend of artwork, contemporary, design and antiques. Our barn conversion is a place dedicated to hospitality. In the contemporary garden, you will be able to swim or relax in our heated pool 17 meters long with sun loungers and parasols.  Top

THE ROOMS
The gite is a 140m2 duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms (king size bed, queen size bed and 2 twin beds), a shower room / wc + separate wc on the ground-floor. A large well equipped American kitchen with a bar, a pantry, a dining room / lounge with tv. Patio with teak garden furniture and gas bbq.
important : the gite is part of the main building and is situated on the extreme right.
You will have acces to the garden and the heated lap pool which are communal to the bed and breakfast guests. Top

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our guesthouse is non smoking but we have outdoor spaces for fans of the cigarette. We accept our animal friends but we ask their owners to be kind enough to keep the garden clean. The children will be supervised closely by their parents because the swimming pool is not enclosed, it has 2 alarms The pool is a lap pool 150 cm depth. It is prohibited for children under 12 unless they be accompanied by an adult. We expect guests with children to do what is necessary to respect the quietude of the other guests. Top

COMFORT & SERVICES
Our bedrooms have ceiling fans and are well insulated. Beds are 4 stars hotel quality. There are 2 pillows per person, we also provide bathrobes and toilet amenities. The kitchen has its own Nespresso machine ant a plasma tv.
The heated pool is closed on Sunday afternoon for maintenance as well as at night for security reasons. A secure parking in the property is at your disposal. Top

We have a 1800m2 landscape garden in the village of Pontlevoy. It's a very quiet location with the advantage of being a few minutes walk from the city center, Abbey, 2 restaurants, a small supermarket and bakery. Top

The property is on the left before the Stop.
