Our charming 19th century barn, meticulously restored is located in the heart of the historic village of Pontlevoy which is situated in the middle of the Chateaux de la Loire. Special care and attention to detail is reflected in the interior design and decoration. You will find 1 cottage and 1 flat. In the contemporary garden, you will be able to swim or relax in our heated pool 17 meters long with sun loungers and parasols.  Top

THE ROOMS
The loft is an apartment on the first floor with acces through the guest living room. It is 70m2 with 2 bedrooms (the first has a queen size bed and the second two twin beds) a fitted kitchen, a large shower room / wc and a lounge cum dining room with tv.
You will have shared access to the patio, the garden and the heated lap pool. Top

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our guesthouse is non smoking but we have outdoor spaces for fans of the cigarette. We accept our animal friends but we ask their owners to be kind enough to keep the garden clean. The children will be supervised closely by their parents because the swimming pool is not enclosed, it has 2 alarms The pool is a lap pool 150 cm depth. It is prohibited for children under 12 unless they be accompanied by an adult. We expect guests with children to do what is necessary to respect the quietude of the other guests. Top

COMFORT & SERVICES
Our bedrooms have ceiling fans and are well insulated. Beds are 4 stars hotel quality. There are 2 pillows per person, we also provide bathrobes and toilet amenities. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, oven, microwaves. The sitting room has a 3 seats sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, tv and dvd player.
The pool is closed on Sunday afternoon for maintenance as well as at night for security reasons. A secure parking in the property is at your disposal. Top

The property is on the left before the Stop.
