HOME
Geneviève and Roger will welcome you in their manor close to roanne. It has been entirely restored and it is located between Charolais and the Bourbonnaise mountain. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets will be reserved for you.
breakfast will be served in the family dining-room or on a shaded terrace with a direct view onto the landscaped garden, a view which can also be enjoyed from your bedroom. You may choose to go for a walk or rest in the orchard in a quiet setting located near numerous places of leisure activities.
Within the property, garden furniture including sofas and armchairs is at your disposal to read or rest in the orchard.
Once outside the gate, there are beautiful walks to be enjoyed, jogging if you wish or cycling.  Top

THE ROOMS
The Art-Deco room, the hydrangea : A large double-bed made of wrought-iron and wood with two bedside tables and tulip shaped lamps await you. The room is overlooking a park. It has a retro kind of atmosphere with its old fire-place and a comfortable Voltaire armchair in which reading will become a subtle pleasure. A writing-desk in front of the window will inspire you to express in writing the poetic charm of the place.
The romantic room, the lavender : The two single beds on both sides of a bedside table are covered with bedspreads of a shade of pink to match the curtains. This colour gives the room a special warmth and cheerfulness in total harmony with the atmosphere of the place.
It will remind you of your childhood dreams and entice you to gaze at the fountain and the cedar trees which embellish the park. Your eyes will wander along the grove surrounding you. You might also feel like sitting at the writing-desk to write to your friends Top

Sightseeings :
If you are in the mood for nature or discovery of historical places, there are plenty marvellous sights to choose from.
The rich and preserved past will unveil itself to you with the abbeys of Ambierle, La Benisson-Dieu, Charlieu, Paray le Monial, The castle of Lapalisse and Dree, The historical villages of Le Crozet, Pommiers en forez, Saint jean saint Maurice, Saint Haon le chatel.
Several minutes by car will lead you to fishing ponds, the forest of Lespinasse, to places where you can do horseriding or go along the Canal on a barge.
You can also visit abbeys or convents, see vineyards or the lake at Villerest.
