THE ROOMS
All rooms and Suite have private bathroom ensuite.
Built in the 18th century and entirely renovated since, the wonderful old “Mansart” style manor house stands only 15 metres from our home. Its separate entrance allows you freedom. Bedrooms are very quiet. For free :Continental breakfast with hot drinks, french baguettes, croissants, juice, marmelades, honey, home-made cake, yogourts, compotes, fruits salad, dried fruits and, on request, cereals, tomatoes, cheese and eggs. Ready in the conservatory-veranda between 8h45 and 10h (flexible schedule for professionals)WifiCar-park (inside the estate, far from the road)Hot and cold bewerages at your disposal in the conservatory-veranda (tea, coffee, syrups)7 acres park with centuries-old trees : deck-chairs, tables + chairs, tennis court, tennis table. Bikes garage (bike rentals nearby). Fitness room with abdo-training, rower, exercise bench, step, fitness bike. Stroll along the river Loire, directly from the house with a private lane through the cereals fields. Plus :10 % réduction for stays minimum 4 nights during the week (from sundays to thursdays inclusive, except french bank holidays, July and August). Dogs and cats welcome under conditions : dry and clean, on a leash, not left alone in the room all the day : 7 € / animal / night. Home-made diner + aoc wine, fixed in the conservatory, “eyes in eyes” formula, only for yourselves in the conservatory or in your private living-room. No service : 73 € for 2 persons. Relaxation with facials, body scrub and / or massage by qualified beautician on site, in your bedroom, from 49 € (piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam in Briare). Walks, bike and nature
Detailed bicycle tours are available at the estate, including two circuits, from my own : a loop of 29 km (1:36) passing Gien, Saint Brisson, Saint Firmin and crossing the canal bridge before returning back and another 15 km (53 minutes) on the plateau above the flood plain of the Loire.
