Au calme d'un parc de 2 ha aux arbres centenaires on y retrouve un art de vivre et la douceur chère à du bellay. Un bassin aux plantes aquatiques, un étang et le Layon ajoutent au repos. Le domaine se trouve à trois kilomètres de deux bourgs d'égale importance Thouarcé et Martigné-Briand avec tous commerces, à 35 kilomètres au sud d'Angers et 35 kilomètres à l'ouest de Saumur, idéalement situé pour visiter de nombreux châteaux, des sites historiques comme l'abbaye Royale de Fontevraud, des curiosités comme les villages troglodytiques et bien sur la gastronomie n'est jamais loin.
