HOME
Jacques and Nicole welcome you into their home to Grosse Haie. A polyculture farm run by their son Pascal, where animals are the joy of children.
The house is in an area with trees and flowers. In summer you can relax in the garden, the winter around a warm fireplace.
The breakfast and meals are served in the lounge or in the conservatory.
Three beautifully decorated rooms to the taste of the hostess.
As for food, Nicole is responsible for making all based on farm products, vegetable garden and orchard.
If you wish Nicole and Jacques will be happy to advise you and help you choose the visits of tourist sites.
It is the center of all this diversity that gives you the Grosse Haie and the Champagne region, you keep good memories and desire to return.  Top

This is from the farm products that Nicole makes her meals.

coq au bouzy,
roti with emmental cheese,
guinea fowl with grapes...
succulent desserts: cakes with currants, apples, cherries, homemade Pavlova, house brioche, red fruit sorbet. Breakfast: its growing breads cereals yoghurt and eggs from the farm.
