Situated in the Pyrenees Orientales, in the pretty and charming Village The Bastide (66110) the Lodgings of Charm of the Domain of the Aspreses are nested to the foot of the Canigou, sacred mountain of the Catalans, and overhang the whole plain of the Roussillon that spreads until àux beaches of the soft Méditerrannée.
Delphine will be happy to welcome You in his/her/its big House of character 'Can Father Courreu' situated mountain (800m) on average in the middle of hundreds of Ha of meadows, woods, moors and forests, out in the country, protected by the law Natura 2000, in the middle of a fauna and a flora remained entirely at the natural state.
It is a place blessed of the God, to discover a place of vacations and détente where the sun that shines 300 days per year, and the pure air is there exceptional.
In the sky always blue, one sees to pass the blackbirds, some buzzards and the nightingales, of the cuckoos, while steal pretty butterflies. To the fall passes numerous, the ringdoves to the over of the collar of Palomère, very near of the House.

All rooms are very spacious, decorated pleasantly, each with a big bed and a bathroom with W. C. The Catalan has a supplementary bed and can receive three people.

THE ROOMS
Our Trés Grand Lodges of Charm in the Domain of the Aspreses, is a place privileged to pass a stay of complete détente, rest and total séré&nité.
To the first floor, on a surface of 250m², a vast clearing leads to Four big and beautiful Rooms, pleasantly decorated, oriented full South.
The Catalan: spacious and luminous, this room offers you after a good tramontane a splendid view on the Plain of the Roussillon. You will dominate the pond of Leucate, the wind of Narbonne, as well as the coast that spread from Perpignan in Argelès. In this room a lot of xixème century you will be able to sleep until three people (a bed 2 places + 1 bed a place).
And You will find there, your absolute détente in the tub balnéo of your bathroom to the brassy colors. Top

THE TABLE
The Kitchen of our Grans House, on 45 m², equipped completely and bet at the disposal of our Hosts, permits to can péparer of good copious and luscious small-lunches or to prepare snacks of all sorts, some simple sandwich ham-butters, to the more elaborate meals or simmered.
But he/it also exists, to the Village, a nice Café of Country where Mireille and Francks reserve a cordial welcome for All Those and All Those that wish to discover a simple, authentic and tasty kitchen, a kitchen of Country made house, with solely of the products of the Region. Meats come from Cerdagne. Hams come from raising local and are dried during several months, in open driers to all winds in mountain. The House Died in Oms, produced a foie gras of high quality that got 3 gold medals in Paris. The local butcher's shops, made in modern laboratories export themselves everywhere. Them n' use, for their kitchen, that these productions that they know well. Fish that they propose, the gambas, the calamars, the small cuttlefishes, comes of shouted them the Coast or of Catalonia all near, the anchovies, of Collioure. And they will propose You Wines of high quality, of the Wines of the Roussillon.
But they know a lot of other returns, and if You want a Menu a few particular Mireille and Franck, will know étre to your monitoring to meet your expectation and to satisfy You. And, what doesn't spoil anything, they practice quite soft quite soft prices. Top

GENERAL INFORMATION
We are all year open. We try to adapt the d style 'lodging of our hosts according to their wishes and their desires, while taking account, surely, of our professional obligations and the other present client friends in our House. Our big house is ' non smokers '. But the big terrace, meadows of the stay, and the big park around the dwelling can allow all Those and all Those that... The desire itches... To be able to make a small jaunt outside... Only, the birds will protest peut-étre but their foliage will remain warbling to your ears. We wish étre a place of détente and rest, this is why me n' didn't foresee a television in the rooms. . I wish to make the maximum for the biggest satisfaction of my hosts. Top

OUR AREAS OF INTEREST
Alain worked in the restoration, because he had made a hotel school. I exploited a ' House of the Press ' in Collioure. It is there that we knew ourselves. But, some years later, the arrival of a small Gwenaëlle, today aged of 5 years, has boulversé our course, and it was necessary to reconvert us. My Parents possessed a big property in the department that they allowed me to purchase. Today Alain is used local at the Village and having learned a lot during my period ' trade ' with the trés numerous clientele that I saw coming every day, in my Store, the idea came us to create an activity of Rooms and Table of hosts in The Bastide. Since my smallest childhood, my Parents and myself lived a part of the year in this small village, but we saw a lot of people, French tourists coming from all the France, but also a lot of strangers (Belgians, Germans, Dutchman, English) and also of the North of Europe, to come, every year, to get settled to the Camping or in the numerous local Lodgings. Aprés different practicums, in particular auprés of 'Lodgings of France ' we have ob held this Stamp (3 ears) in 1966 and we could start this new ' profession ' in July of the last year. Alain kept his work in the Township but he also maintains in the property a big vegetable garden and an orchard and we produce a lot of vegetables of all sorts and of fruits, everything solely in culture ' biologic '. COMFORT & SERVICES
Before the beginning of our new activity, we invested a lot. First to answer the norms strict trés of the Charter of them ' Lodgings of France '. But also parceque we wished to make the maximum to get the stamp 4 ears. My Parents had already cleared the big House (800 m2 of habitable surface). Them t avaien also the passion of the beautiful old, constituted furniture, for the essential, of family furniture. They had arranged and redoes the kitchen (45 m2) entirely. In the Dining room, the big table in beams of oak can receive 12 guests. The Lounge, particularly comfortable with a big chimney where often run a good light of wood that warms the bodies that the hearts are a place as well privileged of welcome, détente and rest. A big television permits to follow the various broadcasts of broadcast, spectacles or actuality. The Library can become also a place for the games of scrabble, of cards, of failures etc... All meadows of the House; the swimming pool, secured, welcomes the small as well that the big. In all rooms, all beddings (mattress, sheets, pillows, covers, plaids ) have been changed ' to nine ' in last July. All amenities of the fenètres, curtains, double-curtains, blinds, have been installed by the biggest enterprise of decoration of the Region, also installed in Paris. CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
You dream to discover our trails of hikes! Don't look for anymore, we found for you, an accompanist of the soils on foot that will tell you our region as one book with his/her/its history, his/her/its anecdotes; everything on bottom of gluttonous discoveries. Indeed, Gérard Mélines is as journalist to the independent (the newspaper of our country) and he writes the articles on the theme:' the gluttonous jaunts.' In all security, you will discover our mountains but also our plain and this at any season since Mr Mélines also proposes you his/her/its services in racket. In order to finalize this stay (availability according to your dates but also the one of our accompanist of rando), I invite you to warn us about fifteen days beforehand and to tell us what is for you the ideal hike.
