HOME
The eastern Pyrenees are on the extreme south of France, in Languedoc Roussillon, and are the wonderful place where the Pyrenees directly dive into the Mediterranean, creating an extraordinary mixture of woodland reliefs, deep blue sea and sunshine.
Slightly set back, at 550 m altitude above Collioure and Argeles, the village of Oms stands in the oak forests.
On the edge of the village in a beautiful Mas steeped in history and well restored, with a large heated pool, we have four beautiful guest rooms with private bathroom and toilet for you in this particular climate, sweet, dry and sunny.
Not far from Canigou our Fujiyama Catalan, surrounded by walks, and visits to monuments and villages, our Mas will provide you a real moment of relaxation and well being with warmness and conviviality.
In our beautiful swimming pool with its large terrace of schist, or on the beaches of the close Mediterranean sea, lovers of water and sunbathing, walkers and sportsmen can devote to aquatic pleasure and 'farniente'.
A game of Pétanque' (bowls) or a relaxed conversation around a pastis or a fruit juice will complete your day with a good fun time.
In the evening, around a well-lined 'table d'hôtes', a bustling cheerful and pleasant atmosphere extends those good days of vacation.
The medium altitude at which is our Mas allows naturally temperate nights, even in the warmest seasons.  Top

THE ROOMS
We propose you four bedrooms, three of them at the first flour and one in the tower at the second flour. Calm, forest and songs of birds...
Each of our bedrooms has its own character and owns its shower room and toilet, and a large wall cabinet with hanging.
At the first floor, the blue bedroom and the red one, overlook the southern terrace and are gold of the morning sun.
They each have a large French bed for two persons.
The green room, also called lovers bedroom (who knows why ?), at the second floor, in the tower, also looks on this terrace and takes its view far away on the oaks forests. It is also furnished with a large French bed.
The fourth one, room of the mezzanine, with a large French bed upside and a third person bed downstairs, owns a private lounge with a direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Top

THE TABLE
We organize tables d'hôtes family dinners every day, Catalan cuisine and tapas, prawns, fish and house specialties a la plancha, and occasionally wild boar of the hunters in the village.
The meal begins with an aperitif (Banyuls in general), and ends with coffee and teas. Top

COMFORT & SERVICES
A beautiful swimming pool of 12x5 m, warmed in the middle-season, lined with a beautiful terrace, wood and stones of schist of the country. The bottom, a long 1 meter deep 'continental shelf' for children games, coming down then on the 1, 80 m pit allows to do real swim laps.
A large lounge with fireplace and tlevision (tnt).
A club lounge for reading or playing cards or prepare trips with tourist information.
Naturally temperate nights, even in the warmest seasons.

THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The Mas, built in the 17th sciècle, is very well sheltered on the Tramontana share its natural situation: the former knew where and how to build.
It is located in the wooded hills at 550m of height, away from the crowds and traffic.

MAP & DIRECTIONS
By coming by the highway of Perpignan, go out to le boulou just after Perpignan. Follow Ceret. At the input of the village of Ceret, to the right, towards Llauro Oms. At the top of the ascent (some km), take to the left towards Oms.
By coming by the national Perpignan-le boulou, about 10 km after Perpignan, take right at the roundabout towards Villemolaque, then Fourques and Llauro. At the first crossing road after Llauro at the top of the ascent (some km), take to the right towards Oms.
