5 rooms, 3 of them set in a building renovated with natural construction materials. You can walk around end take a rest in a 2 hectare parc with varied species of trees.

Entrez dans le pays de Cocagne !
Le pastel est cette plante tinctoriale à l'origine du bleu pastel. Au xvie siècle elle fait la richesse de la région, le pays de cocagne : Lauragais, Toulousain, Albigeois...
Laissez vous charmer par ce paysage doucement vallonné. Les champs, les bois, les haies l'éclairent de touches de couleurs tendres. Ne l'a-t-on pas comparé à la Toscane !
Sur la route, les haltes s'imposent pour flâner dans les bastides rendues célébres par le pastel : Lavaur, Graulhet, briatexte, Lautrec, Réalmont...
A Toulouse vous serez séduits par un circuit des hôtels pasteliers qui rivalisent de richesse architecturale.

Les petits-déjeuners et la table d'hôtes sont à base de produits du jardin ou bios. Les dernières recettes à déguster : soufflé de fenouil au coulis de mâche, muffins à la courgette, potimarron farci aux champignons, crumble de rhubarbe aux noisettes .
