Sylvie and Arnaud look forward to welcoming you to their 5, 5oom2 estate situated in a peaceful location just outside the nice, old village of Fosses-Survilliers. The house overlooks an expanse of luscious, tranquil gardens that stretch down to an attractive pond set in a small wooded area.
It is located 2 miles / 3kms from the Fosses-Survilliers rer station and half an hour from Gare du Nord train station in Paris.
Two types of accommodation are offered: the Room and the Suite. Click on the left to view.
The facilities are of an high standard: a fully equipped kitchen; a games lounge complete with a large, open, log fireplace; a table-tennis table; stereo equipment; patio furniture; a private entrance for guests with private parking space; Satellite tv, flat tv. Pets are not allowed.
What to see in and around Fosses.
Discover the Chateau de Chantilly, the Horse Museum, the Chantilly Woods, the medieval village of Senlis, Royaumont Abbey, the golf courses at Plessis-Luzarches and Montgriffon, and Asterix Fun Park.

THE ROOMS
The suite comprises a bedroom, a living room, a private new bathroom and W. C..
Bedroom : This newly decorated room furnished with a single bed (140x200) and wardrobe has a view overlooking the gardens
Living room : Furnished with a convertible sofa-bed (140x200), wooden floors, a work desk, a flat tv with international programs, this room overlooks the gardens with direct access for guests.
Room : This attractive, double bedroom (160x200 or 2 beds 80x200) is furnished with a wardrobe, a work desk, a television set and has a view overlooking the gardens.
A special feature is the spacious, brand new 13m2 private bathroom.

Kitchen : Fully equipped with modern facilities including a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge, and a freezer.
breakfast Room : With direct access to the gardens.
