Rural property with pool situated along the river Loire on the border of the village Gannay sur Loire in the far north of the Auvergne region and close to the beautiful regions of Morvan and Bourgogne. We offer you 3 B&B rooms, 3 holiday houses, a maisonnette, hikers cabin, mini camping, lodge tents, gipsy wagon, bicycle rental and kayak tours.
The beautiful and quiet surroundings are perfect for cycling or walking [many ready-made itineraries at your disposal]. Further more we offer you table d'hote [diner] kayak- and bike-rental, children's play-ground, pool, a volleybalfield, a goal, a piste de petanque, a trampoline, terraces, picnic tables and two permanent barbecues. And nearby fishing, golf, hors-ridding, many picturesque towns and villages, amusement-animal park, National Parks, castles, churches, museums, gardens etc.  Top

THE ROOMS
The bed & breakfast rooms are located in the former ‘etable’ cowshed, there are three large rooms with private facilities suitable for 2, 3 or 4 persons. If required a child’s bed (cot) or an extra bed can be added to the room. The rooms have been named after the rivers in the area; l'Allier, la Besbre en la Rosière. On the ground floor is your "living-room" here you can sit back on the couch reading a book or listening to music. In this room you'll also find a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator which you may use together with the other B&B guests. A sumptuous breakfast will be waiting here for you in the morning, also bikers and hikers will be short of nothing. Of course guests can also sit outside in the courtyard in the sun or in the shade under the large old Lime tree. Top

If wished you can join us at the table for a so called 'table d'hôte', a 3 course diner everything included. We also serve every morning a extended breakfast. Top

CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
On the days when guests would just like to relax and un-wind, then the perfect solution is to stay on the estate. We have a large swimming pool, playing field plus chalet, a volleybalfield, a goal, a piste de petanque, a trampoline, terraces where you can sit in the sun or shade, picnic tables and two permanent barbecues. For young children we also have a sandpit and swings. There are bicycles available for hire and we organise kayak tours on the river Loire (UNESCO). The beautiful and quiet surroundings are perfect for cycling or walking [lots of itineraries are there for you]
The famous Loire is a short walk from the estate, and guests can swim, fish, canoe or just relax by the riverbanks. On the other side of the village there is a canal that runs parallel with the Loire, here guests will find a yacht club and restaurant, (the yachts are available for hire).
If guests would prefer to be more actively entertained there is a large amusement-animal park within a half hour's driving. However if history, beautiful buildings and exploring interests you, then we are perfectly situated for visits to the picturesque cities of Bourbon-Lancy or Decize or Autun or Moulins and also villages that have magnificent historical buildings, castles, churches, museums, gardens etc. Within a half hour traveling distance lies the city of Nevers with her famous cathedral and palaces.
