Set in the heart of the cathar country in Languedoc, our 17th century bed and breakfast, la Giraudasse, is an ideal base for exploring the Corbieres region, to visit the vineyards or to go hiking. The lofty cathar castles of Peyrepertuse and Queribus, and the spectacular Galamus Gorge are just a few of the famous sights nearby. Further, you will find the castles of Termes, Puylaurens, Lagrasse’s abbay, Rennes-le-Château, Tautavel… 1H30 from Carcassone and Collioure.
Our south-facing terrace and garden provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Art lover, each year, we do an exhibition of a contemporary latino american artist. The dramatic and wild nature, rich in contrasts and colors, including vineyards, garrigue and mountains make our area ideal for hiking. THE ROOMS
La Giraudasse has five guestrooms, comfortable, cosy and equipped with a quality bedding, most south-facing and affording a magnificent view of the mountains and the rocky outline of the castle of Peyrepertuse.
They all have an en suite bathroom with shower and wc.
