Made of large pastures, fields, forests, the landscape which surrounds this old family typical Norman farm, with its large accessible court, is very quiet and peaceful.
A large rustic terrace opens on an genuine vegetables garden. With the back of the house, a pleasure garden with another terrace also invites at rest.
For riders, boxes for horses and pastures are at their disposal.  Top

THE ROOMS
Three rooms are now available! A great living room with a bar is waiting our guests. There, they can get some rest and enjoy the charms of the Normand's country...
Room 1 : A Miller stairway with private access leads you to the en suite room. It is attic style very comfortable with big windows and a small kitchen, Old style furnitures.
Room 2 : In a farm's wing entirely renovated, this new room is mixing modern comfort and country glamour. Its bathroom has an Italian shower.

CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Ferme de la Ruette is ideally located in the heart of the low Normandy Region. From there you can access easily to the huge normand heritage.
The normand beaches are only at 30 minutes from the Domain, and you will be able to dive in the sea, fishing or even having a giant seafood dish on a terrace at les Planches inDeauville, or in Trouville with its typical fishing boats; walking along the seaside in Cabourg with Marcel Proust's Ghost; or in Villers sur mer with its cliffs.
Honfleur with its lovely harbour which has inspirated many famous painters..
Sixty years ago Normand beaches became the biggest ww2's battlefield TheD day You will start the visit those at Pegasus bridge Ouistreham, and then during several dozen of miles it will be Juno, sword, Arromanches, Omaha, Utah, , Sainte Mere l'eglise...
The Pays d'Auge : Come to visit pays d'auge castles (Crévecoeur en auge, St Germain de Livet) and the so typical wooden old manors, lovely houses, its gastronomie(Apple pies, cream, and the so famous stinking cheeses, Livarot Camenbert, Pont l'eveque), The famous Haras, You can't miss it. It's la vraie Normandie.
Normandy's towns are remembering William the Conqueror King of England Falaise his birthplace city with its impressive dungeon, Caen with its huge castle and its two abbayes, Bayeux at least with its cathedral and this incredible tapesty Done by Mathilda the Queen.
Well if you are tempted it is about 1 hour and half from the Farm, why not tripping to the most popular pilgrimage place during the middle age... The Mont Saint Michel.
