Maisons d'hôtes :
Le Lavoir (2 personnes), petite maison surplombant le plan d'eau. Une bulle de verdure pour se ressourcer, contempler la faune et la flore du plan d'eau, les cascades... Se détendre dans le hamac en observant incognito le héron, le martin pêcheur, les grenouilles... Avec le feu de cheminée à côté. Le lavoir est un endroit privilégié offrant le grand confort au coeur de la nature... Mélange de poutres, pierres naturelles et lambris bois. Entrée indépendante au corps de ferme avec un vaste jardin privé isolé autour du plan d'eau. Accès à la piscine intérieure en journée inclus.
Le Pressoir (6/8 pers) : agencé dans un Pressoir restauré avec des matériaux nobles. Les vieilles pierres côtoient un agencement intérieur luxueux et chatoyant. 180 m² habitable : 3 chambres, 2 lits de 160, 4 lits de 90. Salon 50 m² : cheminée, tv, magnétoscope, hi-fi. Cuisine : frigo. THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
There are nearly 20 acres of grounds consisting of paddocks and gardens where you're welcome to wander and linger. The lake has an abundance of frogs, dragonflies, herons so. Find a garden bench and just admire the wildlife.
Children love to make friends with and help look after the farm animals - dogs, cats, horses, a donkey, goats, ducks and chickens. Top

From Paris or Le Havre, by the A13, take exit 29a « La Haie Tondue ». At the roundabout take the D16 « Bonnebosq, Carrefour St Jean, St Pierre sur Dives » and follow this road to « Carrefour St. Jean”, then take the N13 (St Pierre sur dives, Crévecoeur en auge) as far as Crevecoeur where you will follow the D16 again towards St Pierre sur Dives – Falaise.
At St Pierre sur Dives, at the second set of lights, turn left, towards the town (centre ville). At the lights in town, go straight ahead (D40 berville – Le billot, L’oudon). You will arrive at the market square where you will take a tree-lined road, after the cemetery, turn left, then right and take the D40 to berville (2 km). We have a firs B&B (12 Rue Denis) and after you can see another B&B with sign “Gîte de France”(12, route d’Ecots) : “La Ferme de l’oudon” is on the left at the last crossroads just before you leave berville. Blue door (an electronic door) and a sign “Gîte de France” – La Ferme de l’oudon.
