THE TABLE
I like the South of France cuisine, decoration and comfort that managers and the whole team make share to our guests.
I choose healthy raw materials, as aoc as possible, farm meats and free-range poultry, if possible farmer's vegetables, depending on seasons, herbs of the organic garden, world spices, local cheeses. We gather mushrooms depending on seasons, cepes, chanterelles, morels and truffles.
Chef's speciality, risotto with mushrooms of the time with sheep's cheese and Cod Aïoli (with garlic mayonnaise).
Our restaurant and bedrooms are quoted in the guide Michelin Vert, the Routard, the Petit Fûté, the Guide Hubert and the Restaurants de France guidebooks.
We will introduce you to the wine elaborated by the owner Karine anfosso, Vin de Pays des Cévennes produced by Organic Farming, Domaine de Baruel in Tornac quoted in the Parker and Guide Hachette bio.
In March 2008, we have transformed the house : new look
The Farm, which is our large dining room, remains in a country atmosphere but in keeping with the style of the day.
The Stables, a 35 places room with a view of barn and swimming pool provided with a tendance decoration with colours Gold, White and Grey and materials like iron, bricks and wood. This room is only equipped with round tables and very comfortable armchairs.
The vip Lounge is also provided with a new look in a colonial mind with high and oval tables and bar stools very comfortable with Chocolate, Cream-coloured and Orange tones. This lounge is only equipped with three tables and a little living that you can use in a private capacity for a drink with meal or cold buffet. And afterwards, why should'nt you dance between friends or with the family, in privacy of course.
new programme for the Drinking Trough : Bar Lounge, wines and tapas on a Marilyn Monroe's theme with Silver, Black and White tones, but materials remain stones and exposed beams. Before the meal or after to remain in the atmosphere, you have at your disposal armchairs and barrels with bar stools. You can also taste Tapas with the Cornadel's Board, the sweet or savoury Finger Foods and drink a good wine of the region without sit down to eat. It's a new programme.
All these new works were made by the owner Karine anfosso.
You have also at your disposal our cocooning bed and breakfasts (all modern conveniences, with air conditioning, dvd, Wifi, fridge...) in a countryside and pure setting.
In the morning, we suggest to you, with your breakfast, a speciality made by our head chefs, by the swimming pool or depending on season by the fireplace. Top
