La Ferme du Champ Pelaz an impressive renovated farmhouse from the mid 19th century is on the crest of a hill in the heart of the Haute Savoie countryside.
A friendly English family, we have transformed La Ferme to create a welcoming home and we relish in sharing it with our guests.
The house has been modernised internally to offer spacious and stylish accommodation. Each of our four rooms has en-suite facilities. Its rooms are delightfully furnished and most face south, overlooking the large swimming pool.
With its exceptional landscape of lake and mountains, its cultural, sporting and games activities, friendly events and grand festivals, the Annecy area is sure to charm you... The region's winter sports need no introduction with the popular ski resorts of La Clusaz, Chamonix, Mégève and Flaine less than an hour away.
With so much to do from a calm and relaxing location, we think we have found somewhere just a little bit special.

THE ROOMS
Coffee room : Our 'coup de coeur'! Already a regular choice as a bridal suite, we have installed a new bathroom to complete this lovely large room (17. 5m²). With an outlook onto the pool and garden through large french windows, it has a bath with stand up shower, a wash basin and wc. It is equipped with a superking double (which easily converts to two singles) and we can add a cot or small bed for a young family.
Yellow room : Popular with couples, this room with its low oak beamed ceiling, is possibly the cosiest of our bedrooms. Its two large french windows face to the south looking at the group of beech and willow trees which shelter La Ferme from the outside world. Its en-suite facility has a shower and wash basin.
Green room : Just less than 20m², this is our largest bedroom. It has a superking double bed (or two singles) and a single bed. It is perfect for three adults or a family with one or two children(we can easily add a cot or child's bed). Its en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. Facing north, it overlooks the field Champ Pelaz beyond which are some
of the other farms which made up the original village of Pesey.
White room : bright and airy with two large windows looking south, the white room looks onto the front of the houseand its leafy garden. Just less than 17m², it is furnished with a double bed and achaise longue which can also serve as a single bed. Its en-suite facility has a large shower area and a wash basin. For our guests with a larger family, it can be an ideal roomfor two or three children.
Family rooms : The green room is our principal family room. 19. 5m², it has a large double, a single bed and we can add a cot or small bed as required. The room can also be arranged with three single beds. It has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and wc en-suite. The coffee room is slightly smaller and perfect for a family with a small child. It has a large double bed (or two singles) to which we can add a cot or child's bed. It's roomy bathroom has a bath with stand up shower, wash basin and wc en-suite. Top

La Ferme is an ideal base from which to enjoy a golfing break. With an experienced golfer in our team, we know the local courses and we can design a programme to match your requirements.
We can reserve your tee times and book buggies, trolleys etc.
If you are coming to the region without transport, we can meet you at the airport/station and take you to and from golf each day - and to local restaurants in the evening.
With four spacious bedrooms, we can accommodate up to ten players.
From April to June and September to October, when the weather is usually perfect for golf, the local courses, which include several of the highest standard, are relatively quiet. Top
