Le vignoble est constitué de vignes dont la culture est orientée vers la production de vins effervescents, une spécialité de la maison. Ces vins sont élaborés dans les caves de tuffeau, anciennes carrières de pierre. Nouveau : 2 chambres d'hôtes au milieu des vignes. Capacité de 5 personnes maxi par chambre.
