Situé à 1 km de Malaucène, joli village provençal situé au pied du Mont-Ventoux, le Clos Saint Michel vous accueille pour des vacances agréables, en Campagne iintégré à une exploitation arboricole et viticole, le Clos Saint Michel offre un havre de calme et d’authenticité au milieu d’oliviers et de chênes. Nous vous proposons 3 villas : Anaïs, Juliana et Sara, toutes regroupées face à la piscine, (14mx7m), avec de larges terrasses individuelles couvertes exposées sud. La villa Anaïs possède un étage qui constitue à lui seul une habitation indépendante : l'appartement Andréa. Initiation à la VinificationA partir de la mi-Septembre et jusqu'à la fin des vendanges fin-Octobre, Le Clos Saint Michel propose une initiation à la vinification. Le stage se déroulera sur la semaine à raison d'environ 1 heure par jour après une petite demi journée de découverte des cépages et du vignoble. Ce parcours initiatique comprendra plusieurs étapes: Vous vendangerez votre raisin Vous l'écraserez, vous le levurerez, et le vinifierezChaque jour, vous contrôlerez son évolution, le goûterez, et surveillerez la merveilleuse alchimie qui transforme le raisin en vin. Le stage se déroulera si nous avons un minimum de 3 personnes. Tarif: 40 euros par personne.  Top
