The countryside quietness just 30 minutes away from the Nice Airport and 20 minutes away from Cannes train station... Bedrooms and apartment rental in a beautiful house, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue in the middle of a 3000 m2 landscape parc with terrain de pétanque, swing and various games (table tennis, t).
You will also find peaceful secluded areas under the shade of the grapevine or the pergola where you can enjoy fantastic views of the mountains, soothed by the song of the crickets and the babbling of the waterfall. Sculptures and works of art decorate the garden which is illuminated at night. In a 3000m2 closed parc with oak trees, purple 'erable', pine trees, cypress, with an animal corner, several games and a garden with an orchard producing blackberries, olives, cherries, apricots, 'prunes', 'mandarines', lemons, 'grenades', scented with jasmin, roses, lavende and 'lauriers fleurs', we welcome you throughout the year in large and beautiful rooms and one appartment equipped with bathroom, toilet and autonomous kitchen. You can enjoy the swimming pool (10m x 5m), a large front terrace, back terrace with barbecue, a cottage with jacuzzi, decorations of local artists (statues and more), an African salon, a pond, 'un terrain de boules' (traditional game played in the South of France), a ping pong table and children games, or simply the pleasure of the sun, the mountain view, soothed by the song of the crickets and the babbling of the waterfall and enchanted by the dancing of the squirrels and the fireflies.

Peymeinade is located in the Alpes Maritimes, 5km away from Grasse (perfumes city), 10km de Mougins (a village famous for its artists), 12km away from the large lake of St Cassien et 16km away from Cannes (Mediterranean Sea).
Migayou ('Ma Joie'), is the name of our house, which we also call 'Bastide des Jaïsous' (Castle of Jaïsous), to make the link with the name of the street: avenue des Jaïsous..
From autoroute A8: (Aix en Provence towards Nice), exit at 'Les Adrets', before Cannes. Towards Lac de St Cassien (you go through it) then towards Grasse. Just after the notice board 'Peymeinade', take on your left the avenue des 'Jaïsous' (before Garage Fiat). Drive for 350m. You have arrived.
From Grasse: (15 min.) towards Draguignan. Cross Peymeinade, until Garage Fiat after baker Ribérou. On the right (100m), you will see l'avenue des Jaïsous (don't go until 'Val du Tignet'); drive for 350m. You have arrived.
From route Napoléon: (Alpes du Sud, Sisteron, Castellane, St Vallier) After St Vallier de Thiey, towards Cabris on the right (D4); cross the village and go to Spéracédes. Peymeinade is near (5 km).
Just after the notice board 'Peymeinade', take on your left the avenue des 'Jaïsous' (before Garage Fiat). Ride 350m. You have arrived.
