Il Monticello is a privately owned stone villa full of charm and character situated on the Plascassier hill near Grasse, the world capital of perfume, about 20 minutes from the international airport of Nice, and some 15 minutes from Cannes. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a terrace. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. The villa is surrounded by a large Provencal garden with plenty of flowers and shade, offering a beautiful view, a large swimming pool and a private parking. The calm is absolute yet everything is within reach: 7 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, shops, railway station, etc. High tech is not missing: broadband access to the Internet (adsl) is available via a wireless lan (WiFi). Exit the A8 toll way at junction 42. Take the D6185 direction grasse. Leave the D6185 at the mouans-sartoux exit. Turn right on the first street, direction mouans-sartoux. At the end of the street turn left (avenue de cannes). Turn right at the next traffic lights (avenue marcel joumet). Turn left immediately after crossing the railway and take the D404, direction plascassier and valbonne. When leaving mouans-sartoux, turn left on chemin du plan then chemin du collet de st marc. Number 77 is on your right. The house is at the end of the lane on the left side.
