En 1946, Pablo Picasso s'installe à Vallauris. Sa Maison étant trop petite pour travailler, il achète cette ancienne parfumerie et y installe ses ateliers. En ce lieu magique, il réalise son oeuvre magistrale : La Guerre et La Paix. A sa mort, sa fille Maya reprend la propriété et en fait la demeure familliale. En 2003, ce lieu devient celui de Annick et Jean-Pierre. Grande piscine et pool-house. Chambres confortables à la décoration égayée par les tissus à fleurs.
