Provencal-style detached- house situated on the heights of Saint Laurent with a lovely view plunging on the mediterranée sea, in the quiet residential area of Montaleigne, midway between Cannes in the west and Monaco, Menton in the East. Nice and its airport are 6 km from here, the beach, the port, and the city centre of Saint Laurent are at 3 km.
Le Clos des Rosiers propose you two B & B , one with air-conditioning, other with small kitchen, with each a nice bath room.
All guests are given a warm and friendly welcome.
Gerard, fascinated by aviation, will show and admire this magnificent area, by flying over the massifs du Tanneron, l’Esterel and go as far as Saint Tropez, come along the sea.  Top

THE TABLE
Complete breakfast is served on the terrace, outdoors amongst the flowers overlooking the swimming pool, with a panoramic view of the sea.
Tea, coffee, or chocolate are proposed with croissant, bread, butter, cereals, orange juice, jam, honey, nutella, season fruits, cheese, yoghurt, southern pastry, dried fruit, eggs and ham.
Gérard retired cook, will be very happy to make and sample the provencal cooking. You will pass an excellent and pleasant evening. 25€ . Apéritif, starter, meat, dessert, vins and coffee included.
You have also the possibility of have a cold meal, (prepared by yourself) in the shade of the pine, in admired the sea and its boats. Top

CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Bath at the beach or in our swimming-pool.
Walk along the beach and the port of Saint Laurent , where you will have the choice between a vast number of restaurants.
Visit the ports of Saint Laurent and Antibes.
Famous mediaeval villages : Saint Paul de Vence, Cagnes, Eze erc
Much hiking available near Saint Laurent, or prefer the sea : Cape of Antibes and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
At the port of Nice, take the “ moyenne corniche ”, to overhang Villefranche; Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu : landscapes to take your breath away with its incredible beauty-spot; then continue to admire Menton, Monaco and its princely palace with the changing of the guards.
One may also visit old Nice with flower-market every morning, and small villages such Coaraze and its sun-dials.

f you come by plane :on the way out of the airport,
Look for : “ Autoroute CANNES – AIX ” and take the
first exit : n° 49 - Saint Laurent ( very close by , after a turning
traffic lights and restricted withspeed) ,
If you come from Antibes take exit 49 ,then
At the 1° round about , go along ( on the left, along the river)
the one-way street lined with oleanders. At the 2° round
about, turn left : direction “ centre ville ”, continue as far as
the traffic lights. Then, turn right at the post office .
Go along this shopping street as far as the crossroads.
Turn left at the road called “ Corniche Fahnestock –
La Gaude ”. At exactly 2 km 500 , you will see some
greenhouses on your left then,
be careful because after the turning you have to leave
this road, and take the next one, which slopes up, on the
left and is parralel, called :“ Chemin Fahnestock- tennis ”.
At 492 metres you will see a big salmon coloured house
on the right ,( the number is 492 ) called . “ Le Clos des Rosiers ” .
The large gate in wrought iron black is in front of the road,
You can’t miss it ! Come in . The car park is at the top of
the path wich borders the property.
