Au pied du chateau de Boutenac, siège de l'appellation Corbières, brigitte et Patrick Delvaulx ont aménagé 5 chambres dans une demeure vigneronne du 19ème siècle.
Chacune des chambres évoquera pour vous l'histoire cathare et vous incitera à découvrir cette période passionnante où des hommes et des femmes luttèrent pour des libertés fondamentales.
Leur bastide date de 1866, belle époque où recevoir était un véritable plaisir. Ils espèrent poursuivre cette tradition avec vous. Les grands vins des Corbières, Les truffes et champignons des forêts, Les agneaux et volailles de nos campagnes, Les huîtres et poissons de la mer, La fleur de sel de nos salins, Les miels et douceurs de nos artisans. Tout se conjugue pour vous donner l'envie de vous asseoir à notre table.
Le Domaine du Griffon est ouvert à ces chercheurs de trésors visibles et invisibles, à ces esprits épicuriens, libres de goûter aux plaisirs de la table et de l'esprit... Cathare Les griffons surveillent le cratère de Dionysos rempli de vin, Ils s'opposent aux chercheurs d'or dans les montagnes, Ils servent de monture à Apollon, Ils symbolisent la force et la vigilance, mais aussi l'obstacle à franchir pour arriver au trésor...
